Portrait of Regenia Rawlinson

The Host

Regenia Rawlinson

Author of eleven books, award‑winning author of three, and creator of The Bridge Builder System and The Archetypal Empowerment & Transformation Blueprint.

Raised as one of seventeen siblings, Regenia learned early what resilience, identity, and community truly cost. She spent decades as a teacher, school counselor, and district administrator, work that grounded her understanding of how systems shape people and how confidence is either cultivated or constrained.

Her years of transformational identity work deepened her insight into human behavior, confidence, and the environments where people either shrink or rise. Drawing on that transformational work — combined with her decades in education — Regenia created The Bridge Builder System and The Archetypal Empowerment & TransformationBlueprint, two frameworks designed to help people reclaim confidence, understand their internal patterns, and lead from their whole identity.

Her books — A Mind Shaped by Poverty, Soul Source, and Locksmith — earned her three 2024 International Impact Book Awards and a 2024/25 Corporate LiveWire Global Award, adding to a body of writing that spans eleven published titles. Regenia also holds a master’s degree in counseling and multiple coaching certifications, but her approach is grounded in something simpler: she’s been where you are. She knows what it feels like to battle self‑doubt, comparison, and the pressure to perform. She’s done the work herself — and built a clear, practical process to help others do the same

Her mission is straightforward: everyone deserves to thrive. Through The 898 Podcast, she brings her research, lived experience, and transformational frameworks to entrepreneurial and professional women, educators, and leaders who are ready to build lives and environments that actually fit.

“Everything starts with identity. The 898 Podcast helps listeners see themselves more clearly so they can rise with confidence wherever they stand. That’s the foundation of my entire approach.”
